Retail chain Grupo Exito has launched mobile virtual network operations in Colombia, Portafolio reports, citing Grupo Exito president Carlos Mario Giraldo Moreno. CRC to implement national roaming regulations

Colombian telecommunications regulator CRC will implement regulations that will require mobile operators to provide automatic national roaming services. Virgin launches MVNO trial in Colombia
